Ben Brown

Managing Partner

Mr. Brown’s practice specializes in legal representation for matters involving the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC). Having first started in the industry as a revenue accountant, he quickly moved into the role of a landman while also attending law school at the University of Tulsa—where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2011.

After admission to the Oklahoma Bar, Mr. Brown ultimately decided to transition away from in-house landman work in favor of independent legal representation. Today, he draws upon that inside, industry knowledge to provide clients with one-of-a-kind representation. He is one of Oklahoma’s few attorneys qualified for and specializing in the unique process of representing energy companies in front of the OCC.
