EMERGENCY PLANNING
Sometimes medical conditions require emergency legal planning. We are available for in-home, in-facility and hospital visits to ensure our clients’ legacies are protected.
PROBATE
When a loved one passes away, a Probate procedure may be needed. Probate is the legal process of proving the validity of a will, identifying and inventorying the property and distributing that property. This process can become complex depending on a number of factors. Our experienced attorneys will help navigate the probate process in a manner that is considerate and as timely as possible.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Death can bring out the best and worst in families, turning what should be a time for grieving and remembrance into arguments and accusations. Unfortunately, not all family members may agree and respect a decedent’s estate plan, and the validity of the will must be defended and proved—a legal process called Probate—in a court of law.
To help ensure a decedent’s wishes are protected, an attorney should always be contacted in the event that a family conflict begins. Our Probate services include:
- Establish Personal Representative/Executor
- Probate estate with a Will
- Probate estate without a will (intestate)
- Contest of Will
