RAMI JABARA

Of Counsel

Mr. Jabara is an energy, transactional, and estate and probate attorney, licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma. He began his energy career as an accountant and Division Order analyst with Samson Resources in Tulsa, Okla. After law school, he began practicing in Dallas, Texas, with a boutique energy and estate planning firm.

Now with the CharneyBrown team, Mr. Jabara specializes in assisting our individual clients with their estate and probate needs, as well as advising corporate energy clients on various title and operational matters. Using his accounting and Division Order experience, Rami handles large scale due-diligence projects and renders Division Order Title Opinions for complex units and tracts, including townsites and multi-section units. To date, he has rendered or helped render hundreds of title opinions.

Mr. Jabara enjoys learning and adopting new technologies to the practice of law and is always searching for new methods to create efficiencies for our clients. Rami currently resides in Dallas with his wife Jenna, an immigration attorney, and daughter Genevieve.
